Bag Filter Dust Collectors

We Aarco Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd. are leading manufacturer of ATEX, OSHA and NFPA compliant Dust Collection equipment. Dust collectors are used in many processes to either recover valuable granular solid or powder from process steams or to remove granular solid pollutants from exhaust gases prior to venting to the atmosphere. Fabricated in several configurations and consisting of Hopper Deflection Plates, filter Bags and cages with timers and solenoid valves Bags can be provided in different material depending upon application temperature and particle size They are available in capacities ranging from 300CFM to 160000 CFM. Our baghouse dust collectors use needle felt bags for filtering and reverse pulse compressed air to clean the bag filters. Process Dust is filtered on the surface of the bags, letting clean air discharge from the top of the unit. When the differential pressure across the bags reaches a certain value, the compressed air will be blown into the center of bags through nozzles leading to blow off the dusts from the bag surfaces
